The Oil

Our range covers extra virgin olive oil at multiple tiers, each built for a different purpose. The oil itself comes from Messinia, milled and bottled to consistent quality standards across the line. What changes between tiers is the cultivar mix, the certification, and the format.

Antonis Reserve

Limited allocation, hand-numbered.

Antonis Reserve is the premium peak of our range. The first release in this tier is Antonis Reserve Early Harvest: Koroneiki olives picked in October before full ripeness, at peak polyphenol intensity, milled within hours of picking and bottled in dark UVAG glass. Each bottle is hand-numbered and shipped by air to preserve freshness.

Reserve is positioned as a category for limited releases that express something specific about the harvest, the grove, or the year.

Antonis

Premium organic extra virgin olive oil

The Process:

Koroneiki olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed, within 4 hours of having come off the tree.

The oil is then filtered multiple times using different filters to remove sediment and excess moisture. This also helps to prolong shelf-life and flavour.

The oil is stored in stainless steel tanks with nitrogen, from harvest, until bottling.

Good to know:

- This oil has acidity of <0.3%.

- Kalamata P.D.O. -100% Koroneiki

- The bottle’s headspace has had all the air replaced with nitrogen - minimising oxygen exposure and protecting polyphenols.

-The bottle is made of screen-printed glass - blocks harmful UV from degrading the oil

- The bottles are shipped in refrigerated containers, helping keep the oil in its freshest state during transit, regardless of season or route.

-CleanHub Plastic Neutral Plus® certified.

Kitchen Supply

Professional-grade bag-in-box.

Kitchen Supply is built for hotels, restaurants and high-end canteens. A blend of Koroneiki and the local Mavroelia variety, packed in multi-layer barrier bags inside opaque cartons. The bag-in-box system maintains oil quality from first pour to last by preventing air contact through use, and the carton provides full UV protection.

The format is designed for kitchens that go through olive oil at volume and want consistency, freshness, and shelf efficiency without compromising on what's in the bag.

5L and 10L formats.

More to come

The range continues to grow. New formats and a consumer-focused tier are in development, designed to extend the same quality standards to households that cook with olive oil daily. Details to follow.
